We are delighted to announce the launch of the 2018 DSI Nutrition Project Award. An opportunity to win funding that will facilitate the delivery of your research or service development project.
The DSI Nutrition Project Award welcomes submissions from the UK, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. The award offers registered healthcare professionals in participating countries the opportunity to win an €15,000 (or equivalent UK sterling) cash sum to fund/part fund a research or service development project specifically aimed at improving the nutritional care of patients with a gastroenterological condition.

Examples of projects that may be considered include: 
  • Audits of patient care and outcomes
  • Development/pilot of new services
  • Production of patient materials or resources
  • Re-development/review of patient care pathways
The award may be used to support the project in a number of ways, for example to fund/part fund an additional post, cover expenses incurred during the project or simply to provide the physical resources needed for the successful completion of the project.
