A Look Back at 2018

This year was full of new and exciting projects for Dr. Schär USA. Our new Medical Affairs team worked with renowned healthcare celiac disease experts to create a Gluten Free Toolkit (available soon on the Dr. Schar Institute website) to facilitate conversations between healthcare providers and individuals suffering from celiac disease, gluten sensitivity, IBS, and wheat allergy. We also exhibited Schär foods at the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Food & Nutrition Conference and Expo in Washington DC, where more than 10,000 dietitians came together to advance their knowledge, and learn more about Dr. Schär’s products and services.  In addition to our booth, Pam Cureton, MS, RDN, LDN, an expert celiac dietitian, presented and discussed a clinical case study with dietitians.
