Thank you for stopping by Dr. Schär booth at FNCE® in Chicago. We exhibit at this biggest dietitian event in the world every year. And this year has been the most successful FNCE® for us to date. We were able to secure a great location, directly in front of the main entrance. We also premiered our new booth. And our yellow retro fridge was everyone’s favorite! 
We also sampled our new Artisan Baker bread, 10 Grains & Seeds, which was featured in the FNCE® New Product Spotlight showcase. If you stopped by our booth in the morning, you were probably lucky to sample this new bread with cream cheese and smoked salmon. Later in the afternoon, we switched to your classic PB&J. Once again, we were able to prove that gluten free bread doesn’t have to be frozen or toasted and it can taste as good as regular bread!

Dr. Schär also offers great free resources to dietitians who work with gluten free patients. We have a site solely dedicated to healthcare professionals (HCPs) specializing in celiac disease (CD), non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS), IBS, and any other health-related conditions where the gluten free diet may be recommended. There you can find professional education materials geared to HCPs looking for information on how to diagnose CD and NCGS, as well as patient handouts for different age groups. Finally, we also have a grant for dietitians who are interested in developing a program to either raise awareness and diagnosis of or provide education about CD, NCGS, and/or IBS.
