Grilling Season is Here!

Schaer Hamburger Buns
With the grilling season in full swing, many celiacs and people with non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS) feel left out because of the limited availability of good quality gluten free hamburger and hot-dog buns.
Schar hamburger and hot-dog buns, as well as all our breads, are not only certified gluten free but also dairy-free, non-GMO, made without eggs or preservatives! They are never frozen and shelf-stable for 4 months due to our innovative modified-atmosphere packaging and sourdough and ancient-grain based recipe.
Our hamburger and hot-dog buns are a good source of fiber (4g/serving), iron, calcium, niacin, and riboflavin (hot-dog bun). They are also an excellent source of thiamine and riboflavin (hamburger buns). In the past, celiacs and people with NCGS were often diagnosed with nutrient deficiencies; as gluten free breads were not required by the FDA to be fortified with certain nutrients same as standard breads are. We continuously try to address this nutrient deficiencies by adding ancient grains and/or fortifying our products with vitamins and minerals.
